TRBT LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides the website at https://tribute.tg/ along with associated products, content, services, and a bot in Telegram (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
TRBT LIMITED is a controller of personal data of the users ("you" or "yours") collected and processed through the Platform.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”):
- describes how we collect, use, and otherwise handle personal data that you provide or make available to us, or that we collect from you, when you use our Platform,
- explains the circumstances in which we may transfer this to others; and

WHAT DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU
We collect the following information about you through the Platform via a variety of methods, including but not limited to visiting our Platform, signing up, donating, and interacting with our services, features, or resources:
- Personal identification data: full name, username, profile picture, personal identification data, including live selfie, interface language, country (determined by user’s IP), Telegram user ID, and passport or other type of your ID.
- Communication data: contact form inquiries, and information about devices and technologies used for communication.
- Financial data: transaction information, last 4 digits of the card number, card type, and country (for displaying the linked card in the UI).
- Website visitor data: browser name, computer type, IP address, operating system, internet service providers, and other similar information.
- Due diligence data: user’s connection with politically exposed persons, public source information, screening databases, activities for which our services are used, transaction details, and other data required for anti-money laundering and terrorism financing compliance.
- User Technical data: password, account details, marketing preferences.
- Transaction data: transaction information related to the services provided via the Platform, including amount charged, payment transaction information, date, and time the service was provided.
- Other data: any information we deem necessary to comply with various anti-money laundering obligations, such as the European Union’s AML Directives.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We only process your personal data for specified purposes and do not process data unrelated to achieving legitimate purposes. We use your data for the following purposes:
- Service provision: enabling users to register and maintain an account, user onboarding, providing user support, non-marketing communications (such as notifications about the donations made or receipts), periodic review, transaction completion, recordkeeping, anti-money laundering and terrorism financing compliance.
Legal basis: performance of our contract with you, necessity to comply with the legal obligations, and our legitimate interest to protect our users and their safety while using the Platform.
- Improving our Platform and developing new features: data analysis, testing, research, remembering user preferences.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest to improve our Platform and services and provide the best user experience.
- Promoting our Platform and services: sending marketing notifications, ads, and pushes.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest to promote our Platform and services. When the consent is needed, we will ask your consent separately.
- Compliance with legal requirements: ensuring compliance with our legal obligations, including those related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, and with license/permit requirements, responding to the law enforcement authorities’ requests and inquires.
Legal basis: necessity to comply with our legal obligations and our legitimate interest to protect our users and their safety while using the Platform.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY NOTICE
The Platform is intended for users over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such data from our records. We will prohibit any actions performed by users under 18 and not allow further use of the Platform. Parents or guardians who discover that a child has submitted personal information to us should contact us using the information provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
DATA SHARING
We respect User confidentiality and do not transfer personal data to third parties except when necessary for providing services or when required by law. Personal data may be transferred:
